I try to be healthy in all sorts of ways. I get regular exercise as best I can and I try to eat a mixed diet which includes fresh fruit and vegetables. I do try to buy some organic food but the price is a problem. It always seems to cost so much more but [...]

There is quite a lot of contreversy about food these days. Are farms producing wholesome food that we expect to be able to eat? Farmers claim that the food is perfectly good and it may be but there are growing demands for more naturaly produced food.
